About the Role

We are looking for a Logistics Operations Supervisor (m/f/d) who can take ownership of our daily logistics operations and ensure our transportation and warehouse activities run smoothly, safely, and efficiently.

This is more than a supervisory position—you will be responsible for coordinating teams, improving operational performance, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. You will work closely with warehouse staff, drivers, and management to optimize workflows, solve operational challenges, and maintain high standards across the entire supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management: Supervise daily transportation, warehouse, and distribution activities to ensure efficient and timely operations.

Team Leadership: Lead, support, and motivate warehouse personnel, drivers, and logistics staff while fostering a positive and productive working environment.

Logistics Coordination: Monitor inbound and outbound shipments, coordinate delivery schedules, and ensure customer requirements are consistently met.

Performance Monitoring: Track operational KPIs, identify process improvements, and implement solutions that increase efficiency and reduce operational costs.

Inventory & Warehouse Oversight: Maintain inventory accuracy, oversee warehouse activities, and ensure proper storage and handling procedures are followed.

Compliance & Safety: Ensure all logistics operations comply with company policies, safety procedures, and applicable transportation regulations.

Problem Solving: Respond quickly to operational issues, delivery delays, and customer concerns while minimizing business disruption.

Reporting & Communication: Prepare operational reports, communicate performance updates to management, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery.

What We Are Looking For

Experience: 3+ years of experience in logistics, warehouse, transportation, or supply chain operations, including previous supervisory or team leadership experience.

Operations Knowledge: Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, transportation coordination, and logistics best practices.

Technical Skills

Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP platforms, logistics software, and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Leadership Skills: Ability to motivate teams, prioritize workloads, make sound operational decisions, and maintain high performance in a fast-paced environment.

Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments.

Mindset: You are proactive, organized, and solution-oriented. You enjoy improving processes, leading by example, and ensuring operations run efficiently while delivering outstanding customer service.
