What You Will Do

Source and purchase materials equipment and services based on company requirements

Identify reliable suppliers and build strong long term business relationships

Request quotations compare prices and negotiate the best value for the company

Prepare purchase orders and ensure accurate documentation

Track orders and coordinate with suppliers to ensure on time delivery

Work closely with warehouse production and finance teams to support operational needs

Monitor inventory levels and help maintain adequate stock

Resolve supplier issues and ensure high standards of quality and service

Maintain accurate procurement records and reports

Follow company policies and procurement procedures at all times

What We Are Looking For

Bachelor degree in Business Administration Supply Chain Management or a related field

Experience in procurement purchasing or supply chain operations is an advantage

Good negotiation and communication skills

Strong organizational and time management abilities

Knowledge of procurement processes and inventory management

Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
