A reputable company is looking for a dynamic and highly experienced Part- time executive chef/ Corporate Chef Consultant to lead culinary innovation, operational excellence, and menu development across our growing portfolio of food and beverage brands.

This role is ideal for a culinary professional with strong leadership experience, a passion for food innovation, and the ability to build scalable kitchen systems that deliver both quality and profitability.

key responsibilities

Lead menu research, development, and culinary innovation across multiple concepts

Standardize recipes, plating, kitchen procedures, and food quality standards

Collaborate with management on brand positioning, food strategy, and concept development

Train and mentor kitchen teams to ensure operational consistency and excellence

Stay updated on culinary trends and introduce innovative offerings aligned with market demand

Prepare and present a wide range of baked goods, desserts, and sandwiches

Design and create visually appealing, colorful and innovative food presentations

Create a standardize recipes, portioning and plating guidelines

Professional, team player and positive working attitude

Qualification

Proven experience as an Executive Chef, Corporate Chef, or Culinary Consultant

Strong background in restaurant, hospitality, or multi-brand food operations

Expertise in menu engineering, food costing, and kitchen systems

Background in modern dining concepts, catering, or hospitality groups

Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience preferred

Strong leadership and team development skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment

Excellent communication and organizational abilities

Willingness to travel when required
