Bartender

We are seeking a polished and professional Bartender to join our team in an upscale, fine dining environment. The ideal candidate is passionate about mixology and wine, has a refined sense of hospitality, and is committed to delivering an exceptional guest experience with grace and attention to detail. This role requires a balance of technical skill, product knowledge, and personalized service.

Key Responsibilities

• Expertly prepare and serve classic and signature cocktails, fine wines, aperitifs, and digestifs to complement our cuisine
• Offer recommendations and pairings to enhance the guest’s dining experience
• Provide attentive, discreet, and knowledgeable service at the bar and to guests seated at lounge or bar areas
• Maintain a clean and sophisticated bar environment, ensuring glassware and tools are polished and well-presented
• Uphold fine dining service standards, including mise en place and precise drink presentation
• Accurately process guest orders using POS system; handle cash and credit card transactions professionally
• Support team members with wine service as needed
• Monitor guest behavior and ensure responsible alcohol service in compliance with laws and restaurant policies
• Collaborate seamlessly with servers, kitchen, and management for smooth service flow

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in bartending within a fine dining or luxury hospitality setting
• Exceptional knowledge of spirits, wines, liqueurs, and cocktail techniques
• Professional appearance, demeanor, and communication skills
• Strong understanding of food and wine pairings
• Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
