Electrical Estimator

Analyze project plans, specifications, and blueprints to determine the scope of work and accurately estimate electrical costs, including labor, materials, and equipment.

Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates, bids, and proposals for electrical projects, ensuring compliance with all project requirements and deadlines.

Conduct thorough quantity takeoffs, identifying and quantifying all electrical components and materials needed for each project.

Source and evaluate vendor and subcontractor quotes, negotiating favorable pricing and terms to maximize project profitability. Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

Demonstrates a minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical estimating, with a strong understanding of commercial and industrial projects.

Has a proven track record of successfully estimating projects of varying sizes and complexities.
