Job Description

Nass Corporation is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to manage project costs, contracts, and commercial activities from tender through completion. The role supports cost control, contract administration, valuations, and commercial reporting to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, cost estimates, and project budgets.
• Manage interim valuations, variation orders, subcontractor payments, and final accounts.
• Monitor project costs, cash flow, and commercial performance.
• Coordinate with project teams, clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Prepare commercial reports and ensure compliance with contract requirements.

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of quantity surveying experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts and cost management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, and quantity surveying software.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

Preferred

• GCC construction experience.
• Knowledge of FIDIC contracts.
• Experience with ERP systems and commercial reporting.
• RICS or other relevant professional membership is an advantage.
