Job Description

We are looking for an experienced On-Site Delivery Manager to lead the implementation of Self-Service Check-in Kiosks (SSK) and Self-Service Baggage Drop (SBD) solutions at Muscat International Airport.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in airport project delivery, vendor coordination, airport infrastructure, Sabre DCS integration, BHS/BRS systems, testing (FAT/SAT/UAT), and go-live support.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end onsite delivery of SSK & SBD implementation.
• Coordinate with airport authorities, vendors, IT, BHS, and infrastructure teams.
• Ensure site readiness, installation, integration, and testing activities.
• Support Sabre DCS integration and passenger processing workflows.
• Coordinate FAT, SAT, UAT, go-live, and hypercare activities.
• Track project progress, risks, issues, and provide regular status updates.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of onsite project delivery experience.
• Experience with Airport Systems, SSK, or SBD implementations.
• Strong understanding of Sabre DCS, passenger processing, and check-in operations.
• Experience with BHS/BRS integration and airport infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience in UAT, SAT, Go-Live, and Hypercare.
• Strong vendor, stakeholder, and project coordination skills.
• Willing to work onsite at Muscat International Airport.
