Enterprise Account Executive

Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Enterprise Account Executive to manage and grow strategic enterprise accounts across Oman and the GCC region. This role is ideal for a consultative sales professional with a proven track record in enterprise software, SaaS, cloud, or digital transformation solutions.

The successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, driving customer success, adoption, retention, and revenue growth while building long-term strategic relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and business growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, decision-makers, and key stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding existing customer accounts.
• Drive the complete enterprise sales lifecycle, from opportunity identification to deal closure and account expansion.
• Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, product, and support teams to ensure successful implementation and customer outcomes.
• Understand customer business objectives and recommend technology solutions that align with their strategic goals.
• Develop account plans, maintain an accurate sales pipeline, and provide reliable revenue forecasts.
• Conduct executive presentations, solution demonstrations, commercial discussions, and contract negotiations.
• Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Achieve assigned sales targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• 6–10 years of experience in Enterprise Sales, Account Management, or Business Development within the IT industry.
• Proven experience selling SaaS, ERP, Cloud, Digital Transformation, or Enterprise Software solutions.
• Demonstrated success managing complex enterprise sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of the Oman and GCC business landscape.
• Experience managing strategic enterprise accounts and driving revenue growth.
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Excellent consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Pay: Up to RO1,500.000 per month
