The data & operations analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting operational data to monitor the organization’s performance against defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). The role supports management decision-making by providing accurate reports, dashboards, and performance insights while ensuring compliance with contractual and regulatory reporting requirements.

• Develop and maintain performance monitoring systems and KPI dashboards for operational and strategic activities.
• Collect, verify, and analyze operational data from different departments such as operations, maintenance, engineering, and finance.
• Prepare periodic reports (daily, weekly, monthly, and annual) on operational and project performance. In line with business needs and in collaboration with other departments users of such reports.
• Track KPIs related to service delivery, operational efficiency, asset performance, and contractual compliance.
• Support management in reviewing operational performance and developing improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with contractual reporting requirements and regulatory obligations.
• Support internal and external audits by providing required reports and performance analysis.

Assist in developing new KPIs and improving existing performance measurement frameworks.

• Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field

3–5 years of experience in reporting, performance monitoring or operational environments

• • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools (i.e. PowerBI, Google BI, Qlik Sense).
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to interpret data and present insights clearly.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Strong collaboration mindset
• Must be Oman resident
