Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Specialist to manage procurement, logistics, and inventory operations. The successful candidate will ensure smooth supply chain processes, optimize costs, and support Spainox Import’s growth in the Omani market.

Key Responsibilities

• Procurement management: Handle purchase orders, vendor negotiations, and supplier coordination.
• Logistics coordination: Oversee inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely delivery.
• Inventory control: Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate records.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to Oman’s trade regulations and company policies.
• Cost optimization: Track expenses and implement strategies to reduce supply chain costs.
• Reporting: Prepare supply chain performance reports and KPIs for management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or procurement.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems and supply chain software.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
• Knowledge of Oman’s logistics and trade landscape is an advantage.
