Join our Smart Infrastructure Team as the Vertical Sales Manager and help us re-imagine the world by finding solutions and making the world a more inquisitive place for tomorrow.

You‘ll make a difference by

• Early engagement to identify and pursue new project opportunities with EPC clients, and promote Siemens portfolio in electrification, automation, and digitalization.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with EPC firms, understanding their business models and project needs. Develop customer account plans.
• Deliver persuasive presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals for complex technical solutions.
• Monitor EPC project pipelines, investment and focus verticals in the middle east region. Update data on Company CRM tool.
• Collaborate with sales and technical teams to develop market strategies and customized proposals. Evolve various business models like JV’s/Silent Consortium/Open Consortium options depending on the Customer requirements.
• Ensuring up to date market information through internal and external partners.

Your success is grounded in

• Electrical or Electronics Engineering Degree.
• 10–15 years in System/solution Sales in verticals like Renewables, Hydrogen, Water/Waste Water & Power plants/utilities.
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical power distribution systems and solutions, as well as protection and automation products and solutions.
• Know-how of low voltage switchboards is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
