Our client is automating property valuation and risk management for real estate markets — replacing legacy tools with AI-driven pricing models, automated valuation systems, and risk assessment built on MLS, transactional, and geospatial data.
This is a founding engineering role at the intersection of software engineering, mathematics, and machine learning. The successful candidate will own the algorithmic core of the product — comparable property analysis, automated valuation models, price prediction, and AI-driven financial analysis. This is not a research-only role; it is for a builder who thinks in math and ships production systems.
The role provides full relocation support including visa, residency, and legal handling. Remote arrangements may be considered for exceptional candidates in compatible time zones.
