Position Overview

This role is responsible for sales development and client management in the Middle East market for Fujian Snowman Group Co., Ltd. The position focuses on the company's ice-making production lines, food cold chain production lines (such as ice-making and refrigeration equipment, refrigeration compressors and units, and other business products), and involves formulating and executing regional sales plans.

Through developing end-users, distributors, engineering contractors, design institutes, and project partners, the role drives project closures and achieves operational targets including sales revenue, payment collection, gross margin, and new client acquisition, while continuously enhancing the company's brand coverage and influence in the Middle East market.II.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop annual, quarterly, and monthly sales plans for the assigned Middle East region in line with the company's annual operational objectives, and achieve the sales revenue, gross margin, and payment collection targets set by the company.
• Oversee the sales and promotion of the company's relevant facilities and equipment.
• Gather client requirements and coordinate with technical, product, quotation, production, delivery, and after-sales support teams to provide products and solutions that meet local market needs.
• Independently manage the full sales cycle, including inquiry follow-up, technical clarification, commercial quotation, contract negotiation, order signing, delivery coordination, acceptance inspection, and payment collection management.
• Explore new markets, develop new clients, and expand the product sales scope.
• Track Middle East market policies, industry trends, key projects, client procurement plans, and competitor activities, and submit market analysis reports on a monthly or quarterly basis.
• Complete other overseas market and sales-related tasks assigned by superiors.III.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Marketing, International Business, Mechanical Engineering, Refrigeration, HVAC, Energy, or related fields.
• Minimum 4 years of sales experience in industrial equipment, refrigeration equipment, compressors, energy equipment, construction machinery, HVAC, or other B2B industries.
• Experience in Middle East market sales, channel development, or project-based sales is preferred.
• Proficient in English as a working language, with strong oral and written communication, business communication, and negotiation skills.
• Arabic language skills are preferred but not required.
• Strong business negotiation, project management, problem-solving, and cross-cultural communication abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and online meeting tools, with the ability to submit English sales reports and market analyses as required.
• Willing and able to travel regularly within the assigned countries.
• Eligible to apply for a local work visa and able to provide complete application materials as required by the company.
• Must hold a valid driver's license and be legally qualified to drive.
