IT Coordinator/System Admin

At Qatar National Bank, we are searching for a dynamic, motivated and creative IT Coordinator/System Administrator to join our growing team. In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing the bank's IT department and ensuring its smooth functioning.The ideal candidate for this role will possess a strong background in IT, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues with ease.

We are seeking someone with excellent problem solving, communication and organizational skills, as well as a passion for technology and staying up-to-date with the latest trends.Our IT Coordinator/System Administrator will be expected to manage the installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of computer hardware and networks, while providing exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field, along with 3+ years of experience in a similar role. Responsibilities

Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the bank's IT department.

Install, maintain and troubleshoot computer hardware and networks.

Provide technical support to internal and external customers.

Develop and implement IT policies, procedures and best practices.

Monitor system performance and security.

Research and recommend emerging technologies.

Remain up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth functioning of the IT department.

Manage IT budget and resources.

Create and maintain IT inventory records.
