Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Tax Advisor to lead tax advisory services, oversee compliance, and provide strategic insights to clients. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping tax strategies, ensuring regulatory adherence, and mentoring junior consultants.

Key Responsibilities

• Tax advisory: Provide expert guidance on corporate and individual tax matters.
• Compliance oversight: Ensure adherence to Oman’s tax laws and international standards.
• Strategic planning: Develop tax-efficient strategies to optimize client outcomes.
• Audit support: Assist clients during tax audits and regulatory reviews.
• Mentorship: Guide and train junior tax consultants to enhance team expertise.
• Reporting: Prepare detailed tax reports and present recommendations to clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation.
• 7–10 years of experience in tax advisory or consulting, with at least 3 years in a senior role.
• Strong knowledge of Oman’s tax regulations and international frameworks (OECD, IFRS).
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CTA are highly preferred.
