Oman Pvt Hospital, a renowned healthcare provider in Ruwi, Muscat, Oman, is seeking an experienced HR Executive / HR Officer to manage key human resource functions. This role involves overseeing recruitment, employee relations, training, and policy management within the hospital.

The ideal candidate will have a strong HR background, with at least three years of experience and a preference for those familiar with hospital environments. Responsibilities

• Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and orientation process for new employees at Oman Pvt Hospital.
• Manage employee relations, addressing grievances and implementing disciplinary actions in alignment with hospital policies.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and health and safety standards.
• Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skill sets and foster a supportive work environment.
• Maintain accurate and updated employee records, handling sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Assist in the performance management process, providing support and guidance to department heads.
• Implement and monitor HR programs, initiatives, and policies to improve employee engagement and satisfaction.
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Act as a key point of contact for all HR-related queries, promoting a positive culture and open communication.
• Collaborate with hospital management to develop strategies for talent retention and professional development.

Requirements

• MBA in Human Resources or related field; additional HR certifications are a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR Executive or Officer, preferably within the hospital or healthcare sector.
• Strong understanding of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and training.
• Familiarity with labor laws and regulations relevant to Oman Pvt Hospital and the healthcare industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across departments.
• Proficient in HR management systems, record-keeping, and reporting.
