Treasury Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated and dedicated Treasury Manager to join our team at Qatar National Bank. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the bank’s treasury activities and ensuring that our operations are in accordance with all relevant regulations.

You will be a key player in the bank’s financial success, and we are looking for someone who is passionate about financial markets and has a proven track record of success in treasury management.To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or a related field, with a minimum of five years’ experience in treasury management.

You must also have a strong understanding of treasury principles and regulations, as well as a good working knowledge of financial products and instruments. We are looking for someone who is a self-starter, able to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment, and who is committed to delivering outstanding service to our customers.

Responsibilities

Manage the bank’s treasury activities and ensure operations are in accordance with all relevant regulations.

Monitor financial markets and analyze financial products and instruments.

Develop and implement treasury strategies and policies.

Ensure compliance with laws and regulations in all financial transactions.

Prepare financial reports and forecasts.

Monitor the bank’s liquidity position and manage cash flows.

Liaise with other departments to ensure financial objectives are met.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders.

Utilize risk management techniques to minimize financial losses.

Provide guidance and training to team members.
