As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of the brand, delivering outstanding customer experiences while helping customers discover products they'll love. You'll play a key role in driving sales, maintaining store standards, and creating a welcoming and engaging shopping environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable shopping experiences.
• Build genuine connections with customers by understanding their needs and recommending suitable products.
• Demonstrate product knowledge confidently and share the Bath & Body Works brand story.
• Support sales targets through effective selling and upselling techniques.
• Operate the cash register accurately and efficiently.
• Replenish merchandise and maintain a well-stocked, visually appealing sales floor.
• Support visual merchandising, promotional activities, and seasonal floor set changes.
• Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and brand standards at all times.

Qualifications

• Passion for customer service and retail.

Previous retail or sales experience is an advantage.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.

Comfortable working flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Ability to stand for extended periods and carry out store operational tasks when required.
