RESEARCH THE MARKET TO PROVIDE ACCURATE PRICING, TRENDS, AND PROPERTY INFORMATION.
LIST PROPERTIES, CREATE APPEALING DESCRIPTIONS, AND PROMOTE THEM THROUGH ONLINE AND OFFLINE CHANNELS.
ARRANGE AND CONDUCT PROPERTY VIEWINGS AND OPEN HOUSES FOR POTENTIAL BUYERS OR TENANTS.
NEGOTIATE DEALS BETWEEN BUYERS AND SELLERS TO REACH AGREEMENTS THAT WORK FOR EVERYONE.
PREPARE AND REVIEW CONTRACTS, AGREEMENTS, AND OTHER NECESSARY PAPERWORK.
GUIDE CLIENTS THROUGH THE BUYING, SELLING, OR RENTING PROCESS, ANSWERING QUESTIONS AND PROVIDING ADVICE.
MAINTAIN RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS TO ENCOURAGE REPEAT BUSINESS AND REFERRALS.
STAY UPDATED ON LOCAL REAL ESTATE LAWS, REGULATIONS, AND MARKET TRENDS.
COORDINATE WITH OTHER PROFESSIONALS LIKE MORTGAGE BROKERS, INSPECTORS, AND ATTORNEYS TO ENSURE SMOOTH TRANSACTIONS.

Pay: RO200.000 - RO250.000 per month
