Supervising domestic staff - domestic helpers and overseeing daily operationsCreating schedulesEnsuring high standards of work and conduct.

Overseeing daily routines and ensuring the household runs efficiently.

Managing inventory and ordering household supplies.

Ensuring proper maintenance of the home (cleanliness, organization, function).

Scheduling and overseeing repairs, renovations, and regular maintenance.

Tracking household expenses.

Handling petty cash and reimbursements.

Organize and maintain Madam’s wardrobe (seasonal rotation, closet organization, laundry, and repairs).

Coordinate with dry cleaners and tailors.

Assist with packing/unpacking for travel and shopping for new items as neededCoordinate with external vendors and service providers for specialized maintenance, repairs, and guest requests. A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in hotel or private villa management.

Possession of relevant certifications in hospitality management or guest services.

Proven experience in managing budgets and controlling operational costs effectively.
