• Collaborate with the Executive Chef and culinary teams to align your kitchen's offerings with the overall menu.
• Maintain strict adherence to food safety and sanitation standards within your kitchen.
• Lead and mentor the kitchen team including sous chefs, cooks, and kitchen personnel.
• Oversee kitchen operations during service hours, ensuring smooth execution.
• Create and adapt recipes to accommodate dietary preferences and culinary trends.
• Stay updated on culinary trends, ingredients, and techniques relevant to your specialization.
• Participate in special culinary events, promotions, and guest interactions related to your kitchen.
• Collaborate with other culinary departments to ensure a cohesive dining experience.
• Operate in a safe and environmentally friendly manner to safeguard the health and safety of guests and colleagues, as well as contribute to environmental conservation.
