Site Civil Foreman (Building Construction)

A construction site foreman is responsible for supervising daily construction activities, ensuring work is completed safely on schedule and according to project specifications. Key responsibilities include:

• Supervising and directing construction workers and subcontractors.
• Planning and assigning daily work activities.
• Ensuring work is completed according to drawings, specifications and quality standards.
• Monitoring project progress and reporting updates to the site engineer or project manager.
• Enforcing health, safety and environmental (HSE) regulations on site.
• Coordinating the delivery and proper use of materials, tools and equipment.
• Inspecting completed work to ensure quality and compliance with project requirements.
• Identifying and resolving on-site issues or conflicts.
• Maintaining site records, including daily progress reports, attendance and material usage.
• Ensuring efficient use of labor and minimizing material waste.
• Coordinating with engineers, surveyors, inspectors and other project stakeholders.
• Monitoring productivity and ensuring project milestones are achieved.
• Reporting accidents, incidents and unsafe conditions immediately.
• Training and mentoring workers on proper construction methods and safe work practices..
• Verifying that work complies with applicable building codes, contract requirements, and company procedures.

Pay: RO175.000 - RO225.000 per month
