Marketing Specialist

Job Overview

One Life Tourism is seeking a proactive and results-oriented Marketing Specialist to develop and execute marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and support business growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital marketing, campaign management, content strategy, and lead generation, preferably within the tourism, travel, hospitality, or service industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Manage marketing activities for visa services, tourism packages, and travel solutions.
• Create and maintain marketing calendars for campaigns, promotions, and seasonal offers.
• Coordinate with the social media team, designers, and external vendors to deliver marketing materials.
• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other digital platforms.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide recommendations to improve ROI.Develop strategies for lead generation and customer acquisition.
• Work closely with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
• Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities.
• Manage email marketing campaigns, customer communications, and promotional activities.
• Support website updates, SEO activities, and online visibility improvements.
• Prepare regular marketing reports covering campaign performance, leads, traffic, and conversions.
• Maintain consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience in tourism, travel, immigration, hospitality, or lead-generation businesses.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role.
• Experience in UAE market is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels including Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and social media marketing.
• Experience managing marketing campaigns from planning to execution.
• Ability to analyze marketing data and prepare performance reports.
• Knowledge of marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Canva, CRM systems, and email marketing platforms.
• Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.
• Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing ideas.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in tourism, travel, immigration, hospitality, or lead-generation businesses.
• Knowledge of customer acquisition strategies.
• Experience creating marketing funnels and conversion strategies.
• Basic graphic design and content creation skills.
• Experience managing marketing budgets and optimizing advertising spend.

• Salary: AED [6,000 – 7,000] per month (depending on experience)
