Job Description

SafeToSecure Oil Services is seeking a highly experienced and proactive HSE Lead to oversee health, safety, and environmental practices across our oil and gas operations in Muscat. Based in Airport Heights, the ideal candidate will ensure compliance with HSE standards, promote a strong safety culture, and drive continuous improvement in workplace safety performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and implement HSE policies, procedures, and programs
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and international HSE standards
• Conduct risk assessments, audits, and safety inspections
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective and preventive actions
• Deliver safety training, toolbox talks, and awareness programs
• Monitor HSE performance metrics and prepare reports for management
• Promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility
• Coordinate with operations and project teams to ensure safe work practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience in HSE roles within the oil and gas industry
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, risk management, and safety systems
• Relevant certifications (NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent) are highly preferred
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in high-risk and fast-paced environments
