For this opportunity, you'll be joining a boutique Managed Service Provider that has built its reputation by delivering white-glove IT services to high-end clients for more than 25 years. Rather than supporting hundreds of small businesses, this MSP intentionally maintains a select client base made up of private equity firms, hedge funds, real estate investment companies, law firms, and accounting firms.

This creates an environment where engineers become true trusted advisors while working with modern Microsoft, cloud, networking, infrastructure, and cybersecurity technologies.

This is a highly technical, client-facing role where you'll serve as the primary point of contact for several clients while handling everything from escalated support to infrastructure projects. You'll troubleshoot complex Microsoft environments, Windows Servers, Microsoft 365, Azure, networking, firewalls, virtualization, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, and proactive monitoring.

You'll also assist with new deployments, server implementations, cloud migrations, infrastructure upgrades, vendor management, and ongoing technology consulting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical contact for assigned clients
• Support West Coast clients (11:30 AM–8:30 PM schedule)
• Troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Windows Servers, Azure, networking, firewalls, security, and cloud infrastructure
• Configure and maintain servers, switches, routers, wireless access points, and endpoint devices
• Perform infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and project implementations
• Manage proactive monitoring and system performance
• Support cybersecurity initiatives and endpoint protection
• Handle escalated Help Desk issues remotely and onsite when necessary
• Work directly with vendors to resolve technical issues and procure solutions
• Perform backups, disaster recovery, software deployments, and system documentation
• Provide exceptional white-glove customer service to executive-level clients

Requirements

• Previous MSP experience required
• Strong Microsoft 365 and Windows Server administration
• Experience supporting Azure or cloud environments
• Networking experience with switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless infrastructure
• Comfortable owning client relationships and working independently
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
• Professional, polished, and client-facing personality
• Strong project experience alongside escalated support
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
