Senior ERP Consultant- Yardi

About the Role

This individual will lead a strategic assessment of the client's current property management technology landscape, which includes Yardi Voyager and several homegrown applications. The goal is to evaluate existing business processes, determine where Yardi can replace or streamline custom solutions, and develop a roadmap to improve operational efficiency, reporting, and scalability.

This role sits at the intersection of ERP strategy, property management technology, and business process transformation, requiring the ability to assess multiple systems and recommend the optimal future-state platform architecture.

Following the assessment phase, this person will lead the implementation of recommended Yardi modules, enhancements, integrations, and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate the organization's overall property management system and ERP landscape, identifying opportunities to consolidate workflows onto Yardi where appropriate.
• Assess integrations and dependencies between Yardi, accounting systems, reporting platforms, and custom-built property management applications.
• Recommend build vs. buy decisions, helping determine when native Yardi functionality should replace or supplement existing custom solutions.
• Partner with stakeholders across property management, accounting, operations, and technology teams to understand business requirements and pain points.
• Develop future-state architecture and platform recommendations centered around maximizing the value of the Yardi ecosystem.
• Create and present a phased roadmap for system consolidation, optimization, and modernization.
• Lead the implementation and configuration of recommended Yardi modules, features, and integrations.
• Provide guidance on data migration, system dependencies, reporting, workflows, and change management throughout implementation.
• Drive user adoption and ensure solutions align with long-term business objectives.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with Yardi Voyager and the broader Yardi suite.
• Proven track record assessing existing real estate technology environments and identifying opportunities to expand Yardi utilization.
• Experience leading Yardi optimization, consolidation, transformation, or implementation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of multifamily and/or commercial real estate operations, accounting, and property management workflows.
• Experience with enterprise property management systems, ERP platforms, or real estate technology ecosystems beyond Yardi.
• Experience evaluating, selecting, optimizing, or consolidating business-critical enterprise applications.
• Strong understanding of system architecture, business process transformation, and platform modernization initiatives.
• Ability to translate business challenges into scalable platform solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and executive presentation skills.
• Ability to work onsite in New Hyde Park, NY.
