Junior Web Developer

Client is seeking a full stack developer to build low latency voice enabled applications. Requires experience with TypeScript/JavaScript, React, backend APIs, WebRTC or WebSocket’s, cloud deployment, and enterprise system integration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience from accredited school.
• 1–2 years of software development experience, including internships or academic projects.
• Experience with REST APIs, JSON, authentication, and third-party system integrations.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or a similar programming language.
• Familiarity with real time applications using WebSocket’s, streaming APIs, or event-driven architecture.
• Interest or experience with conversational AI, speech-to-text, text-to-speech, or real-time GPT voice solutions.
• Working knowledge of Git, testing, debugging, and basic CI/CD practices.
• Ability to document APIs, troubleshoot integrations, and communicate effectively with technical and business teams.
• Demonstrate experience building chatbots, voice assistants, or telephony integrated applications.

Nice to have

• Basic understanding of machine learning concepts, including training, validation, testing, classification, and model performance metrics.
• Familiarity with model evaluation techniques such as accuracy, precision, recall, F1 score, confusion matrices, latency, and error analysis.
• Experience creating test datasets, evaluation criteria, or automated evaluation workflows for AI or machine learning solutions.
• Familiarity with prompt evaluation, response quality testing, hallucination detection, and HITL review.
• Exposure to Python machine learning libraries such as pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
