IT PMO Analyst

ABOUT THE ROLE

A leading enterprise organization is seeking a Junior Business Manager / Business & Data Analyst to support strategic reporting, portfolio oversight, workforce planning, and executive-level business operations within a technology-focused organization.

This position is ideal for a highly analytical professional who enjoys working with data, creating executive reporting, and partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to provide meaningful insights into organizational initiatives and performance.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with excellent communication abilities and is comfortable presenting information to business leaders while supporting multiple concurrent initiatives.

What You'll Tackle

• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and operational insights.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and executive presentations that communicate business performance and project status.
• Support portfolio oversight, resource planning, and initiative tracking across multiple workstreams.
• Translate technical and operational updates into concise, business-friendly communications.
• Maintain data integrity and consistency across reporting sources.
• Prepare materials for leadership meetings, governance reviews, and executive reporting.
• Collaborate with business and technology teams to gather information and communicate project progress.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and produce recurring performance reports.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, data quality, and operational efficiency.
• Support ad hoc analysis and strategic initiatives as business needs evolve.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in Business Analysis, Business Management, PMO Support, Portfolio Reporting, Data Analysis, or similar analytical roles.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, formulas, modeling, and macros.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform complex data into actionable business insights.
• Experience creating dashboards and visual reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience supporting project reporting, portfolio oversight, or business operations within a technology-focused environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Understanding of technology organizations, project lifecycles, data governance, or operational reporting.
• Experience preparing executive-level reporting and presentation materials.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

• Experience supporting enterprise technology organizations, business operations, portfolio management, or strategic planning functions.
• Familiarity with workforce planning, resource management, or organizational reporting.
• Exposure to governance processes, performance metrics, and executive reporting.
• Experience working in large, complex, or highly regulated organizations.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and reporting best practices.
