Position Overview

As an Account Executive, you will manage the full sales cycle, from outbound prospecting to relationship management. You will act as a strategic partner to retail jewelry accounts by sourcing diamonds, managing specialized inventory, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Prospecting: Conduct high-volume outbound outreach (75+ strategic dials/day) to identify, qualify, and sign new retail accounts.
• Account Management: Cultivate and deepen relationships with existing established accounts to maximize wallet share and ensure retention.
• Strategic Sourcing & Consultation: Partner with account leads to source diamonds that match specific client needs and store styles.
• Inventory Optimization: Manage specialized diamond inventory and proactively suggest product mixes to account leads to drive their retail sales.
• Pipeline Management: Independently manage your sales pipeline, maintain high self-accountability, and hit monthly volume targets.

Who You Are

• Proven Cold Caller: 2–3+ years of phone sales experience with a heavy emphasis on cold calling and high-volume outbound prospecting (B2B or luxury retail sales experience is a major plus).
• Relationship-Driven: You possess exceptional communication skills and an innate ability to build trust quickly with business owners and buyers.
• Resilient & Ambitious: You are goal-driven, comfortable with high-volume outreach, and possess a "charge forward" entrepreneurial mindset.
• Team-Oriented: You hold a company-growth mentality and believe that a collaborative team is always the best solution.
• Adaptable: Highly organized, able to multitask, and quick to learn new product knowledge and industry skills.

• Introductory Training Period (6 months): $25.00/hour + base commission rate to ensure financial stability while you build your pipeline and establish your accounts.
• Post-Introductory Structure: Upon completion of the introductory period (6 months), your base rate transitions to a competitive baseline, while your commission rates significantly increase unleashing uncapped, unlimited earning potential.
