Telemarketing Representative

We are a dynamic financial services firm located in the heart Midtown. We specialize in providing funding solutions businesses helping them achieve their goals. Your role will be to conduct outbound calls making the initial contact , and initiate interest and compile client's information so we can assist with tailored needs.

(Training is provided) Our team is comprised of talented professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional service and results. If you are drive for success we encourage you to apply. Responsibilities * Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients informing them on our services.

Leads will be provided. * Utilize CRM software to track interactions and manage customer relationships. * Engage in warm calling to follow up on leads and nurture relationships. * Demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills.

Requirements * Proven customer service and sales experience is a plus! * Experience in telemarketing inside/outside sales or related sales field * Skills in negotiation is a plus! * Strong command of English is needed to succeed in this role. * Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

This is a high-volume office so if you are passionate and driven you have the ability to make up to six figures the first year! College students are welcome to apply!
