About the Role

Aristocrat Plastic Surgery is seeking a creative, energetic, and highly organized Social Media Content Creator & Patient Experience Assistant. This hybrid role combines social media content creation with front-office, patient-facing, and administrative support.

The ideal candidate is smart, proactive, positive, and able to move efficiently between creative and administrative responsibilities. They should have excellent judgment, strong time-management skills, and the ability to recognize what needs to be done without waiting for constant direction.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media and Marketing

• Create polished, engaging content that reflects the practice’s brand, procedures, providers, and patient experience
• Capture high-quality photos and videos in the office and during approved treatments, events, and behind-the-scenes moments
• Independently edit Reels, short-form videos, stories, graphics, and other digital content
• Develop content ideas, stay current with social media trends, and help maintain an organized posting schedule
• Assist with promotional campaigns, marketing initiatives, and office events
• Follow all patient privacy, confidentiality, and consent requirements

Patient Experience and Administrative Support

• Warmly greet patients and help create a welcoming, polished office experience
• Offer refreshments and assist with patient comfort
• Check patients in and out, answer phones, and complete appointment confirmations
• Receive new-patient paperwork, review it for completeness, and upload it accurately into the patient’s electronic chart
• Print preoperative paperwork, consent forms, and documents needed by the patient coordinators
• Support coordinators, providers, and management with daily administrative tasks
• Help keep the reception area, patient documents, and charts organized

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience creating social media content for a business, brand, organization, or professional account
• Proficiency with Canva, CapCut, and Adobe editing tools
• Strong photo, video, graphic-design, and short-form editing skills
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and current social media trends
• Excellent communication, organization, time-management, and multitasking skills
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately in a busy environment
• Warm, professional, dependable, resourceful, and comfortable working as part of a team
• Ability to learn new office systems and processes quickly
• Experience in a medical office, hospitality, beauty, aesthetics, marketing, or luxury customer-service setting is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
