Experienced Admin/Home Office Manager

The ideal candidate will be well-organized and highly capable of running a small, high-powered, and busy office, notably including the bookkeeping, related file maintenance, and all-around administration of a 3-person, very active executive office of small business CEO on the Upper East Side of Manhattan (convenient to the 6 and Q trains). Competitive compensation is tied to experience, references, proven interpersonal skills, and a willingness to learn new things continuously.

This individual will be responsible for overseeing payroll processing and performing other finance-related tasks. They should be excellent at recording data and producing clear financial reports.

Responsibilities

• Provide regular financial reports (weekly, monthly, and yearly)
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable
• Ensure timely processing of payroll

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
• 3+ years of QuickBooks experience in a service industry or related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and QuickBooks Online
• Strong organizational skills and must be detail-oriented

Job Type: This position is available part-time for an independent contractor and possibly full-time for an individual seeking who can blend independence and collaboration to fulfill the "I can figure out how to get pretty much anything done" mentality!

Compensation

$35-$45/hr. For the full-time position, compensation is enhanced with bonuses earned by special contributions to the bottom line.
