Purchasing & Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a reliable and organized Purchasing & Logistics Coordinator to join our team.

Compensation & Schedule

• Pay: $25–$27 per hour
• Schedule: Approximately 50 hours per week
• Overtime: Paid after 40 hours per week
• Transportation: Company vehicle provided, or full reimbursement for business mileage and tolls when using a personal vehicle.

Job Responsibilities1. Delivery & Restocking (Approximately 50%)

• Drive a small cargo van to deliver and restock supplies.
• Travel between restaurants, suppliers, and the warehouse throughout New Jersey, Manhattan, Queens, and Brooklyn.
• Pick up and deliver food, supplies, and inventory as needed.

2. Purchasing Coordination (Approximately 40%)

• Communicate with suppliers and restaurant teams regarding ordering needs.
• Place orders, follow up on deliveries, and handle purchase-related paperwork.
• Process invoices, order records, and delivery documents.
• Coordinate with restaurants to ensure timely supply replenishment.

3. Warehouse & Inventory Management (Approximately 10%)

• Organize and maintain warehouse inventory.
• Perform regular inventory counts.
• Ensure inventory records are accurate and up to date.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and able to work as a W-2 employee.
• Valid driver’s license and experience driving a small cargo van required.
• Basic computer skills, including Email, Microsoft Excel, and other standard office applications.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and organized.
• Able to lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs.

Work Location: New Jersey, Manhattan, Queens, and Brooklyn
