Head of Brand, Growth Marketing & Partnerships

We're looking for an entrepreneurial marketing leader who wants to continue building a strong brand, not simply manage and execute.

ROLE OVERVIEW

As our Head of Brand & Growth Marketing, you will own the execution of Rite's marketing strategy across the UAE and Saudi Arabia.

You will be responsible for ensuring every customer touchpoint - from paid advertising and social media to CRM, influencers, and content - works together to build a premium brand while driving profitable growth.

Rather than executing every task yourself, your role is to lead internal and external partners, challenge ideas, improve creative quality, and make sure every initiative contributes to business growth.

You'll work closely with the founders and become one of the key leaders shaping Rite's future.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Brand & Creative Leadership
• Own Rite's brand positioning across all channels.
• Define the creative direction for advertising and organic content, both online and offline.
• Ensure consistency across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, CRM, and the website.
• Challenge and improve every creative before production.
• Build a premium, recognizable wellness brand online and offline.
• Performance Marketing
• Work closely with our Media Buyer, UGC ads agency, and Creative Strategist by:
• Reviewing weekly performance.
• Identifying winning creative angles for the UAE and KSA markets.
• Defining testing priorities with our Creative Strategist and adapting them culturally to both countries.
• Ensuring creative production aligns with performance insights.
• Coordinating creative strategy with media buying.
• Content & Social Media
• Own:
• Content calendar.
• Social strategy.
• Organic growth.
• Video production for product launches or specific campaigns.UGC planning.
• Community building.
• Brand storytelling.
• Coordinate with external UGC agencies and freelance creators.
• Manage our in-house Social Media & Influencer Executive, who will support you with execution.
• Influencer Strategy
• Lead the entire influencer programme strategy by managing our Influencer & Partnerships Manager and external agencies responsible for execution.

Responsibilities include

• Supporting creator sourcing.
• Supporting negotiations.
• Leading the affiliate strategy and ecosystem.
• Leading the whitelisting strategy.
• Campaign execution.
• Performance reporting.
• Build long-term relationships with creators across the UAE and Saudi Arabia and ensure that deliverables are properly executed by your team and external agencies.
• Partnerships & Brand Activations
• Lead Rite's partnership strategy to increase brand awareness, customer acquisition, and community engagement.
• Develop co-marketing campaigns and brand collaborations.
• Support our Brand Partnerships & Sales Manager with brand activations, pop-ups, sampling campaigns, and wellness events.
• Support the creation of packaging, PR boxes, and marketing collateral.
• Manage sponsorship opportunities and experiential marketing initiatives.
• Create partnerships that generate both commercial opportunities and long-term brand equity.CRM & Customer Retention
• Be the main point of contact for our CRM agency and support them with strategy and execution.
• Own:
• Email strategy.
• Customer journeys.
• Campaign calendar.
• Loyalty initiatives.
• Product launches.
• Agency Management
• Coordinate multiple external partners, including:
• Creative agencies.UGC agencies and UGC creators.
• Production companies.
• Influencer agencies.CRM agency.
• Freelancers, including video editors and graphic designers.
• Ensure everyone works toward the same objectives.
• Team Leadership
• Manage and work closely with:
• Creative Strategist, remote.
• In-house Graphic Designer.
• In-house Social Media & Influencer Executive.
• Country Manager Saudi Arabia, based in Riyadh.
• Create a high-performance culture focused on accountability, speed, and continuous improvement.
• We're Looking for Someone Who...Has 3–5+ years of experience in e-commerce, DTC, or consumer brands.
• Has extensive experience in performance marketing, offline marketing, content, social media, and influencer management.
• Understands how strong marketing drives acquisition.
• Has managed multiple agencies and cross-functional teams.
• Has deep knowledge of UAE and Saudi consumer behaviour.
• Understands influencer marketing beyond vanity metrics.
• Thinks commercially, not just creatively.
• Is highly organised and execution-focused.
• Is proactive, curious, and constantly looking for better ways of doing things.
• Has strong skills in the use of AI to set up efficient systems and SOPs.
• Is comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment.
