🚨 Insurance Defense Partner | New York (Hybrid) – Up to $275k Base

Location/Schedule: New York (Hybrid)

Base Salary: Up to $275k (plus substantial performance incentives & origination credit)

Practice: Insurance Defense – Product Liability, Construction Defect/Labor Law, or Professional Liability (strong candidates in any of these areas welcome).

Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead high-exposure defense matters in product liability, construction, or professional liability from strategy through trial and appeal.
• Manage complex multi-party litigation, expert coordination, and motion practice.
• Develop and execute case strategy while providing high-level client counseling.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to practice group growth.

Core Requirements (Flexibility for Exceptional Candidates)

• JD and active NY bar (multi-jurisdictional preferred).
• 8+ years of relevant insurance defense experience
• Proven trial and client development track record.
