The Opportunity

As an Intermediate Interior Architect, you'll play an integral role in developing sophisticated interior architecture for luxury residential and hospitality projects. You'll be deeply involved in the design and technical development of highly customized interiors, producing thoughtful drawing packages and architectural details that bring each project to life.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys the craft of architecture, has a passion for detailing, and wants to contribute to projects where every finish, proportion, and material is carefully considered.

What You'll Do

• Develop architectural drawing sets from design development through construction administration.
• Produce highly detailed AutoCAD drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, interior details, and custom millwork.
• Assist in developing interior architectural concepts alongside senior architects and designers.
• Create presentation drawings, architectural details, and documentation that reflect the firm's exceptionally high design standards.
• Participate in site visits, field observations, and construction administration to ensure design intent is executed with precision.
• Research materials, architectural finishes, and construction methods for highly customized interior environments.

Qualifications

• 5 to 10+ years of professional experience in luxury residential, hospitality, or high end interior architecture.
• Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch. or M.Arch.).
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD is required.
• Strong technical drawing and architectural detailing skills.
• Experience producing comprehensive construction documents and custom millwork details.
• Excellent understanding of materials, finishes, and high-end residential construction.
• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a genuine appreciation for beautifully crafted architecture.
