Key Responsibilities

• Advise legal, compliance, and business teams on financial regulatory matters.
• Analyze complex regulatory issues and translate them into practical business guidance.
• Draft and review regulatory materials, internal policies, and related documentation.
• Support responses to external inquiries, examinations, and information requests.
• Draft, review, and negotiate business and operational agreements.
• Monitor regulatory developments and enforcement trends relevant to the business.
• Partner with compliance and operations teams on day-to-day regulatory questions.
• Support broader legal strategy, including disputes, investigations, and risk management as needed.
• Work closely with senior legal and business stakeholders on high-priority initiatives.

About You

• J.D. and active U.S. bar membership.
• 3–7 years of relevant legal experience.
• Experience with fintech, derivatives, financial services, regulated financial products, or related regulatory frameworks.
• Experience with DCO/DCM/Prediction Markets strongly preferred.
• Strong legal writing, analytical judgment, and communication skills.
• Ability to give practical advice in a fast-moving business environment.
• Comfort working with legal, compliance, operations, and business teams.
• Experience with external regulatory interactions.
• Interest in fintech and complex regulatory questions.
