We're actively hiring experienced Licensed Pharmacist to join its Acute Care Pharmacy team on a 13-week contract. The ideal candidate will have experience with pharmacy dispensing systems, IV room operations, sterile processing, and EMR. Qualified profiles are expected to move quickly!

POSITION DETAILS

• Title: Pharmacist (Licensed & Certified)
• Location: New York, NY
• Setting 1: Acute Care Pharmacy
• Type: W2 Contract - Locals & Traveler Both!
• Duration: 13 weeks (possible extn.)
• Shift: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM & 12:00 AM – 8:30 AM (based on department needs)
• Guaranteed Hrs: 37.5 Hrs/Week
• Start Date: 08/17/2026 & Later
• NOTE: Level I Pediatric experience required.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION

• Active New York State Pharmacist License (NYSED)
• Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in Pharmacy
• Minimum 1 year of Pharmacist experience
• Ability to work evening & overnight shifts

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION

• Hospital Pharmacy experience
• Pharmacy Dispensing System experience
• Sterile Processing experience
• IV Room experience
• Electronic Medical Records (EMR) experience

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare, verify, and dispense medications accurately.
• Review medication orders for safety and appropriateness.
• Support inpatient pharmacy operations.
• Maintain compliance with hospital and regulatory standards.
• Prepare sterile products and IV medications when required.
• Utilize pharmacy dispensing systems efficiently.

COMPENSATION

• Local W2: Up to $3,872.25/Week ($103.26/hr)
• Travel W2: Up to $4,172.50/Week ($59.00/hr + Travel Stipends [M: $80/day | H: $200/day])
