About the Role

As a Hotel Contracting Manager, you'll work directly with hotels across North America to develop and manage long-term partnerships. In this role, you'll negotiate hotel contracts and competitive rates, source new hotel partners, and maintain strong relationships with existing properties to expand our hotel portfolio.

You'll collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure our hotel offerings remain competitive and deliver exceptional value to our travel partners.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel partners across North America.
• Negotiate hotel rates, contract terms, and partnership agreements.
• Source new hotel partners to expand our hotel network and inventory.
• Review, prepare, and manage hotel contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Monitor market trends, hotel pricing, and competitor activities to secure competitive rates.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams to support business needs.
• Resolve contract and partnership-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain accurate contract records and update internal systems.
• Achieve contracting goals while ensuring high-quality partnerships and excellent service.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of experience in the hospitality industry required.
• Strong written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable building relationships with hotel partners and negotiating contract terms.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
• Interest in travel, hospitality, and international business.
