Estimator (Concrete / Superstructures)

Role Overview

Our client is looking to add an Estimator to support its expanding portfolio of foundation and structural construction work across Brooklyn, Queens, and the Bronx.

The successful candidate will prepare estimates for SOE, foundation, and superstructure packages ranging between $10M and $20M, working closely with operations and preconstruction teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare quantity take-offs and cost estimates.
• Review drawings, specifications, and bid documents.
• Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier pricing.
• Assist with value engineering and bid submissions.
• Support handover to operations following project award.

Requirements

• Experience estimating foundation, excavation, concrete, SOE, or structural projects.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings and estimating software.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Candidates living within the NYC five boroughs are preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

• $100,000–$130,000 DOE
• Stable workload across NYC.
