Soleire
About Soleire
Soleire Electrical Solutions is a licensed electrical and low-voltage contractor working across the five boroughs and the surrounding region. We build commercial tenant fit-outs, multi-floor office builds, high-end Manhattan renovations, and data and low-voltage infrastructure, for some of the most demanding general contractors and building owners in the city.
We are hiring on two fronts — Foremen to run our jobs, and experienced Mechanics to build them. Both are full-time, year-round positions with a strong project pipeline behind them.
How we work — technology on our jobs
Soleire is a technology-centric contractor. We run our projects on current construction software — Procore for drawings, daily reports, photo documentation, and project tracking, and Bluebeam for plans and markups — and we keep our field procedures current as better tools become available.
For you, that means current drawings in your hand instead of an outdated paper set in the gang box, clear daily direction, and less time lost chasing information or reworking something that changed last week.
It also means we expect you to be willing to learn. For Mechanics, prior Procore or Bluebeam experience is helpful but not required — we will train you. For Foremen, working fluency in Procore and Bluebeam is a requirement. Either way you need to be comfortable working from a smartphone or tablet on site.
Position 1 — Electrical Foremen (Multiple Positions) - $35.00 – $45.00 per hour
As a Foreman you are responsible for supervising crews involved in the installation, alteration, addition, and repair of electrical systems and associated materials and equipment — or you may be the primary jobsite supervisor on smaller construction, retrofit, or tenant finish projects.
Position 2 — Electrical Mechanics (Multiple Positions), 4+ Years | $25.00 – $35.00 per hour
As a Mechanic you will install, repair, maintain, connect, and test electrical systems. You will plan installations from blueprints, sketches, and specifications, install electrical and electronic devices, and systematically diagnose faults. You will measure, cut, thread, bend, assemble, and install conduit and other raceways, and splice and terminate conductors.
