Retail Sales Associate (Full-Time/Part-Time)/Notary Preferred - Ingleside & Outer Richmond

Requirements

• All candidates must successfully complete a background check in accordance with California law. This position also requires obtaining and maintaining a California Notary Public commission and Certified LiveScan Fingerprinting Technician certification.NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED, PAID TRAINING.
• All applicants must be available to work on the weekends (both, Saturday & Sunday).

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greets customers when they walk through the door.
• Builds rapport through conversation and honest recommendations.
• Rings up sales and arranging for delivery or pick-up of the customer’s order if needed.
• Invites customers to search the company’s website for coupons and other ways to save money.
• Informs customers of any extra charges if necessary.
• Assists in maintaining the back stock room and setting up merchandise displays on the sales floor.
• Collaborates with fellow team members to keep the store area clean and organized at all times.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or one to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Notary Public (Preferred)
• Fingerprint Roller (Preferred)

• Familiarity with POS (point of sale) systems and the ability to learn new technologies.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT

• Continually required to stand for 4 hrs
• Continually required to walk.
• The employee must be able to lift and/or move at least 40lbs pounds without assistance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $21.50 per hour
