Founding Business Development Partner / Prospective Co-Founder — Serve Social

Serve Social is an early-stage social media marketing business focused on helping Bay Area restaurants improve their online presence, attract local customers and increase bookings.

I’m looking for a US-based business partner who understands the Bay Area, enjoys building relationships and wants to help grow the business from the ground up.

The role will involve

• Connecting with restaurant owners and managers
• Building local partnerships and generating leads
• Presenting our free social media audit offer
• Supporting sales calls and client onboarding
• Helping shape the future direction of Serve Social
• Representing the business locally across the Bay Area

This would suit someone confident, reliable and commercially minded, with experience in sales, hospitality, marketing or business development.

Serve Social is currently pre-incorporation in California. This is not a salaried employee position. The opportunity will initially be structured around commission, profit share and potential ownership, with all terms agreed in writing before the US business is formally established.

I’m not looking for someone who simply wants a job. I’m looking for someone who wants to help build something, contribute ideas and grow with the business.

Bay Area applicants are strongly preferred.
