Accounts Receivable & Payable Specialist

Location: Dubai, UAECompany: Liquid of LifeLiquid of Life is looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable & Payable Specialist to join our growing finance team.

This is a hands-on operational accounting role responsible for managing customer collections, supplier payments, reconciliations and day-to-day accounting transactions. We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive and takes ownership of their work.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full Accounts Receivable process, including invoicing, collections and customer follow-up.
• Manage the full Accounts Payable process, including supplier invoices, payment processing and reconciliations.
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
• Process accounting entries accurately and on time.
• Reconcile customer and supplier statements.
• Coordinate with the sales, operations and customer service teams to resolve billing issues.
• Maintain proper supporting documentation for all transactions.
• Assist with month-end closing activities.
• Ensure accounting records are accurate and up to date at all times.
• Work within the company's ERP system (Zoho Books preferred).

Requirements

• 3–6 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in the UAE.Experience managing both Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
• Previous experience using an ERP system (Zoho Books is highly preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Able to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
