About the Role

Elantis Group is seeking a highly motivated Client Service Representative to support our growing AI & Digital Transformation practice. This is a client-facing role responsible for building strong relationships, ensuring exceptional client experiences, and serving as the primary point of contact throughout the client engagement lifecycle.

The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator with excellent relationship management skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams to deliver innovative AI and digital transformation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
• Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term client relationships.
• Manage day-to-day client communications and ensure timely resolution of inquiries.
• Drive client engagement through regular meetings, business reviews, and proactive follow-ups.
• Understand client business objectives and align AI & Digital Transformation solutions to meet their needs.
• Coordinate with internal delivery, technical, and project teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Monitor client satisfaction and identify opportunities to improve service delivery.
• Identify opportunities for account growth, cross-selling, and upselling services.
• Prepare client reports, presentations, and meeting documentation.
• Ensure client expectations, timelines, and deliverables are effectively managed.
• Act as a trusted advisor by providing strategic guidance and maintaining strong business partnerships.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in Client Services, Account Management, Customer Success, or a similar client-facing role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement experience.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional technical and business teams.
• Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in AI, Digital Transformation, IT Consulting, SaaS, or Technology Services.
• Understanding of digital transformation initiatives, cloud technologies, data analytics, or AI solutions.
• Experience managing enterprise or mid-market client accounts.
• Ability to identify business opportunities and contribute to account growth.
