Laboratory Technician

Job Title: Lab Technician I

Location: South San Francisco, CA 94080

Duration: 12+ months contract

Working Model: Fully onsite

Working Days: Monday through Friday

Working hours: Standard eight-hour shift (9 AM to 5 PM PT)

Interview Format: Two rounds (1 - call with direct supervisor [30 minutes], 2 - panel [45 minutes])

SKILLS

• The role will primarily focus on testing medical devices, design verification, and R&D testing activities.
• Experience working in a GMP environment is preferred but not mandatory.
• The position will also involve laboratory maintenance and maintaining accurate documentation related to testing activities.
• Candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in Science, particularly Chemistry or Biology, have been successful in similar roles.
• Approximately 80% to 90% of the role will involve hands-on testing, while 10% to 20% will be dedicated to documentation and related activities.
