The Role

As the family's Private Chef, you'll be responsible for planning, preparing, and serving fresh, nutritious, restaurant-quality meals while becoming an integral part of the household.

The family enjoys vibrant, health-conscious cuisine with a strong appreciation for Asian flavors and techniques, alongside beautifully prepared Western dishes. They are looking for a chef who can confidently deliver both.

As the family develops their farm, you'll also have the opportunity to collaborate with the grounds team, helping shape the kitchen gardens and incorporating estate-grown produce and animal products into seasonal menus.

While the gardeners and groundskeeper will manage the day-to-day care of the gardens and animals, the family would love to find a chef who is genuinely excited by farming, sustainability, and spending time outdoors.

• Occasionally travel with the family when required.

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience as a Private Chef within a UHNW household or luxury hospitality environment.
• Strong experience preparing Asian cuisine is essential.
• Excellent baking and pastry skills.
• Passion for creating fresh, healthy, seasonal meals.
• Genuine enthusiasm for farm-to-table cooking and sustainable food practices.
• Excited by the opportunity to help shape a productive kitchen garden and incorporate homegrown ingredients into daily menus.
• Comfortable working with premium ingredients, including whole fish, specialty meats, eggs, and dairy.
