Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience and promote repeat visits.
• Manage Toast POS system for accurate order processing, billing, and cash handling.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
• Monitor inventory levels of alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and supplies; assist with restocking as needed.
• Handle cash transactions accurately while providing excellent customer service during busy weekend hours.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during high-volume periods.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working as a bartender or in food service within a fast-paced environment; fine dining or nightclub experience is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; basic math skills for cash handling and retail math are essential.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to serve diverse clientele professionally.
• Familiarity with food safety standards, food handling procedures, and alcohol serving regulations.
• Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail.
• Must be 21 years or older with valid serving permits where applicable.
