Experienced Plumber (Residential & Commercial) – As Needed / On-Call

Integrity First Plumbing, Inc. is seeking experienced, dependable plumbers to join our team on an as-needed, on-call basis. We perform both residential and commercial plumbing work throughout the San Francisco Bay Area.

We're looking for self-motivated professionals who can work independently, troubleshoot problems efficiently, and deliver quality workmanship with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential and commercial plumbing installations, repairs, and service work.
• Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
• Diagnose plumbing issues and recommend effective solutions.
• Complete work safely, efficiently, and to code.
• Maintain a professional attitude with customers, contractors, and team members.
• Work independently while maintaining excellent communication with management.

Qualifications

• Proven plumbing experience in residential and commercial work.
• Ability to read blueprints and specifications.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to work independently with little supervision.
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious.
• Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Must have your own reliable truck or work van.
• Must provide your own basic hand tools.

If additional specialty tools or equipment are required for a particular project, Integrity First Plumbing will provide them when needed.

Position Details

Pay: $50.00 - $100.00 per hour
