Licensed Land Surveyor

We're looking for a California Licensed Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) to join a growing team delivering a wide variety of land development and infrastructure projects throughout California. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys leading survey projects, working directly with clients, and collaborating with engineering teams from project kickoff through delivery.

What You'll Do

• Lead and manage survey projects from planning through final delivery
• Coordinate schedules, budgets, and deliverables with clients and internal engineering teams
• Prepare and review survey documents and mapping deliverables
• Mentor and collaborate with office and field survey staff
• Maintain strong client relationships while ensuring high-quality project execution

What We're Looking For

• California Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license
• 5+ years of office-based land surveying experience
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office
• Experience preparing:
• Record or Resolved Boundary Surveys
• Right-of-Way Surveys
• ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys
• Final Maps
• Parcel Maps
• Records of Survey
• Legal Descriptions and other survey documentation
• GPS and field survey experience is a plus
• Strong communication and project management skills
